With everyone's support, IME is celebrating its 34th event this year. According to last year's ICCA statistics, we ranked 7th in the world for the number of international conferences held. Additionally, the figures for arrival visitors have reached record highs for seven consecutive months since February this year. As we emerge from the pandemic, we hope you will use this business meeting — the largest in Japan — to discuss all aspects of hosting MICE events, venue sourcing, and for networking.

IME2025 is a pre-appointment business meeting with priority given to buyers.

  • MICE suppliers, including convention bureaus from all over Japan, will be exhibiting at the event, making it possible to consult with them about MICE events in a one-stop shop.
  • We will provide specific information on holding conferences and events in various regions of Japan, including information on subsidies.
  • We can also provide information on unique new plans, post-conference tours, etc.
  • Please pre-register and make an appointment for a business meeting. （Walk-in appointments are also available on the day of the event if there is space in the seller‘s session.)
  • If there is room in the seller's session, walk-in meetings will be available on the day of the event.
